📦 ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if:

✔ The product is unused, unwashed & unworn
✔ Original tags and packaging are intact
✔ The item is in its original condition

❌ Items showing signs of use, damage, or stains cannot be accepted.

👗 SIZE EXCHANGE (MOST COMMON)

We understand kids grow fast 💖

✔ Size exchanges are allowed once per order
✔ Exchange depends on stock availability
✔ If the required size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued

🚫 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Innerwear / Nightwear (if applicable)

• Accessories (bows, clips, headbands)

• Products purchased on final sale / clearance

💸 REFUNDS

• Refunds are issued only for damaged or incorrect items

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

• Refund timeline: 5–7 business days after approval
